Senior Recruitment Consultant

ELEVVEL is looking for a commercially aware recruitment consultant who can manage hiring briefs with pace, clarity and strong stakeholder communication.

This role fits someone who understands international recruitment delivery and can operate comfortably across client-facing and execution-heavy work.

• Run end-to-end recruitment mandates across specialist and leadership positions.
• Manage client communication, market mapping and shortlist delivery.
• Coordinate candidate assessment and interview process updates.
• Maintain structured hiring progress across multiple open assignments.

• 3+ years in agency or in-house recruitment.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with international hiring or cross-border mandates.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
